This is Daniel Riley for Sports Talk on Passionate World Internet Radio.
Lets talk Basketball

Dan would like to hear your comments on what is happening with College Basketball. Ok Let’s Talk about what is happening in the college basketball world.

With News the NBA has given up on the NCAA’s ability to fix its problems, it’s time to face reality: College Basketball, as an institution, has failed as a redeeming quality on college campuses.
Forget pay for play: academic fraud is clearly more common in NCAA basketball than we’d like to admit. Paper classes aren’t going away, either. The NCAA needs to fall on its sword, investigate the teams in this year’s Final Four, and give the death penalty to any and all of them committing such acts.
Basketball is a privilege on a college campus; heck sports is as a whole!
After said punishments, the NCAA needs to admit failure enforcing its amateurism rules, and member schools need to own up for not doing their jobs as far as education is concerned.
NCAA basketball has disgraced itself, and as a result, the game as we know it is done like dinner.
