Compassion is a theme I’d like to explore with you today, as I believe compassion has the power to help not only the recipient but also the giver. Research has thrown up some surprising results.
An African philosopher wisely said – don’t underestimate the impact you can have in the world. Just think about spending the night in a room with a mosquito. Small acts of compassion do make an enormous difference to us as individuals and to the wider world.
