Tip #22

Always carry your book (fiction or non-fiction with you). Bring several.

I know one author who took several books with her whenever she ate at

a restaurant. She would prop up the books around her, then take out a third book

and start reading it. The book’s cover drew attention. Attention brings

conversation. Conversation brings notice. Like the Internet you never

know who’s going to walk into that restaurant. Always bring several copies of your

book with you. What do you have to lose?
