The World in you Hands!

Tip #10

You’re making an appearance in front of a crowd at a convention or a meeting. You’re making an appearance on the radio or on

television and there’s an audience seated in front of you. You’re on the radio doing an interview. Someone from the audience,

crowd, phone, laptop, tablet, someone asks a question.

Don’t freeze in the headlights.

If you know the answer, answer it to the best of your knowledge.

If you don’t know the answer, ask for them to speak to you after the show, presentation, once the interview is finished.

Ask them for their name, phone #, and/or email. Tell them that you’ll give them the answer within 24-72 answers.

If you believe that you can provide the information sooner than that, within a 24-hour time frame, tell them so and

then make sure you get the answer out immediately.

Yep, it makes that much of a difference.

Until next time… .
